Mythos Positron Cascading Amplifier Distortion Effect Pedal
Mythos Positron was originally a Halloween limited edition pedal but the Mythos crew have decided to build a production model with some key features that allow us to celebrate the greatest specter-hunting documentary/comedy of all time. This latest version of the Positron is still based on the Ram’s Head fuzz circuit but with expanded tone controls that allow you to dial in treble and bass separately. You can use them to get back to that original circuit sound but with increased tonal capabilities and mid punch from the expanded controls. Also new, is the LOUD toggle switch, which certainly has earned its name. This clipping selector shifts from the Ram’s Head circuit to one inspired by the Colorsound Supa Tonebender. The distortion is richer, but you may want to grab some earplugs.
