This 000-42 is extremely clean, showing only the slightest play wear and polish swirling. Its a beautifully tight grained spruce top over a dark, straight, rosewood back and side set. The adornment of the 42 series leaves it right in the sweet spot above the 28/35 and below the bejeweled 45. This is a particularly fine specimen with all of the tonal characteristics you would expect and plenty of break-in left after having been played very little in its two years of existence. It's got a nice bottom end bump and top end sparkle, strong projection, and is extremely responsive to right hand touch.

This Martin 000-42 is in excellent condition and is fully functional.
