Fender Player II Modified Telecaster Electric Guitar, Rosewood Fingerboard, Harvest Green Metallic
An exciting evolution on Fender's Player II series of guitars, the Fender Player II Modified Telecaster is a new trail for Fender fans to explore. Matching new and modern specifications and features with classic Fender styles and theories, this Tele is a thrilling new addition to the Fender canon.
Setting out simply from the get-go, the Player II Modified Telecaster starts with a gloss-finished alder body shaped in a classic single-cutaway Tele body. Fitted for performance, this body matches with a smooth satin-finished maple neck taking a Modern "C" profile shape. This maple neck matches with a slab rosewood fingerboard bearing twenty-two Medium Jumbo frets. Perfect for playability, a 9.5" fingerboard radius imparts a smooth and modern feel.
Punching in overtime, Fender's Player II Noiseless Tele single-coil pickups drop in for classic Tele twang and snap. These pickups summon great Fender tone as you've always known it alongside a treble bleed circuit and no unwanted hum. A push/pull tone control pot activates the pickups' series wiring mode which introduces new voices into the equation for exciting new frontiers to find. A 6-Saddle String-Through-Body Tele bridge with block brass saddles lays out strings stably across from a TUSQ nut and Deluxe Cast/Sealed Locking tuning machines. This Player Modified II Telecaster travels with an included Fender Deluxe gig bag.
